UPDATE:

It appears the big guy upstairs has finally cut our family a break.

Old dude who hit me decided he was going to accept responsibility.

*scoffs*

I want to be grateful,

but I'm not..

because it was the

right thing

for him to do.

But, let's all be grateful that Mallory's blood pressure will remain in tact because she didn't have to open up a can on either the insurance company or an old man.

Luckily.

 So that's that.

Easy as pie.

Maybe they saw my blog and decided not to mess with me.

Yeah, that's probably what happened.
