Alrighty then. 

This weekend was the ever-epic Festival of Trees.

I was chair again this year.

Not that it matters, because it's a team effort. I didn't do half the stuff that the DVACK staff did. They're rock stars.

It was the best year yet, in my opinion.

We had a super lively crowd & I feel like we raked in the dough for a fantastic non-profit.

We had some a-mah-zing trees, too.

My ma, MIL, & SIL did this KU tree:

ROCK CHALK!

 Here's the "Booby" tree. 

Hilarious. 

 And the tree my rents purchased!

 My mother got me a super-awesome dress.

And I made my husband match me.

This is the one picture we got that actually turned out.

And he managed to make that face.

He's like Chandler when it comes to taking pictures.

But, he looked very handsome when he wasn't making that face, you're just going to have to take my word for it.

Saturday I was probably in the running for top 10 laziest people on the planet.

I felt pretty good about it.

Sunday was a little better. I did a project and took Kenz to see Here Comes the Boom.

It was freaking hilarious. 

And this morning, my alarm didn't go off so I [unintentionally] got an extra hour of sleep.

Bummer. 

Turns out I'll need it since the KU game doesn't start until freaking 9 pm tonight.

I hate it when they're that late.

It's not easy to go to sleep after screaming obscenities at a screen for 2 hours straight.
