In Good Times & In Bad

Heyyyyy guys.

Today is Monday.

Not exactly my favorite day, but oh well. I don't think I'm alone in that department.

I absolutely cannot believe that this weekend is overwith.

My best friend got married on Saturday and let me just tell you -

it was quite the experience!

She looked absolutely, unbelievably gorgeous!

And her new hubs cleaned up pretty good, too. ;)

The wedding party was amazing;

fun, hilarious, and all-around cool cats.

My camera was permanently glued to my hand for most of the weekend.

I struggled with lighting

and blurriness

and moving objects.

But I got some good ones, I think.

Here are just a few of my favorites:

My sis & BIL were in a wedding Saturday, too. 

In fact, I think we all counted and there were 7 other weddings of people from our high school that day. 

Crazy, no? 

Anyway, so I crafted their gifts since I waited way too long to go purchase from their registry and there were hardly any items left for me to choose from.

 I got the idea from my friend Jamie [who consequently did something similar for my friends, so sorry guys - looks like you get two "invite" keepsakes! :)] and thought it would be fun to do!

I'm actually going to make one for myself with the spare invites from our wedding [three years later...].

It's a great way to remember the day!

It was an insanely fun weekend filled with love from friends and family, tons of laughs, and overall happiness from everyone involved.

My favorite moment from the weekend was when Doug [Col's hubby] asked me

"How long have you been married, again?"

"....almost three years."

and I realized

Holy crap.

I've almost been married three years.

I'm so old.
