in the dog house

So yesterday morning I woke up to a freaking disaster in my house [more so than it already was].
The culprit?
Dexter.

That dog pissed me off SO much that I'm going to have him explain what he did.

Uh huh. That's not a dramatization, folks.
He did all of that shit in ONE night.
Ri-friggin-diculous.

He got a good yelling-at yesterday morning.
And yeah, I know it's pointless because he can't figure out why I'm yelling at him.
But it made me feel better, so it was worth it.

Before you assume that I hate my dog, don't.
I love that stupid dog, despite all of the shoes, underwear, and cat litter he has chewed up.
Or the fact that he barks for no apparent reason.

And because I love him so much, he's the feature of my weekly foto show & tell.
Small Things with Love
This week's theme is "Animals".

I really like this picture of him. Ideally, the focus would be on his eyes, but I still love it.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this week's foto show & tell and learning about Dexter's hobbies.. Stay tuned for next week's entry!

  1. I love dog shaming!!! I have had many of the same experiences with Gracie. She chewed the bottom of our bedroom door to hell the other day when I left her in the apartment for 5 minutes by herself. Lesson learned.

    1. I swear to God, he finds anything and everything that he can drag around the house and/or chew on. He hasn't chewed up furniture yet, but that will be a very, VERY bad day for him when he does. I think they get mad that we leave them there, so they want to teach us a lesson!

  2. Hahaha that's fantastic. Did you submit that to the dog shaming website? I want to do that to Leo on a day that's he's been whining constantly but I'm pretty sure there's no way I can get a sign around my cat's head.

    1. No, this was merely for my own pleasure and his punishment for his poor decisions. ;) I think you should try it with Leo. That would be hilarious.
