A Weekend at Home

Hello all!
I hope everyone's week was fantastic and that everyone's in the Christmas Spirit. I am, more so than last year, because I finished all of my shopping online the day after Thanksgiving. I love the internet. I just have a few odds and ends to purchase before next weekend, which I plan to do in a few minutes. I'm SO excited to see everyone at Christmas!!!

Matt and I didn't have a terribly exciting week. I visited a local Cardiologist on Wednesday for a follow up to my E.R. visit. She didn't have a lot of great things to tell me, one of which is that she thinks I need another Ablation, a feat they have already attempted and successfully failed at. She also told me I wasn't allowed to get pregnant until I have this surgery, assuming it's successful, so no kids for us for a while. But, I think everything happens for a reason, so things will work out, in time!

Other than that, I'm afraid there isn't much more to report! I'm ging to head to McDonald's to get my morning Fruit and Walnut salad (which I must recommend, if you haven't tried one already!) and Orange juice to start my day. Perhaps I'll get some great things accomplished today. If not, then Oh Well!

Don't forget; KU game today at 11. Rock Chalk Jayhawk!

Lots of Love,
Mal

  1. Rock Chalk in T-Minus 10 minutes..Is that how you do t-minus, I am not an astronaut so I'm not sure. So you have all your Christmas done, I have none. Seems right. After the game I plan on scavenging through Hillsboro in search of a nice Antique lamp or doll set for you. They do have a Dollar General, maybe I will find you something nice there, perhaps another moon marble for Matty. Second weekend in a row without seeing you. Lame. However, I will see you Thursday! Loves and say hi to brother for me.

  2. How about you skip the dollar general and go straight for the moon marble? It's fun for the whole family!

  3. You never know,I may find you a cute outfit. Perhaps a package of underpants. I think I will still go, but will fall back on the moon marble if Dollar General has nothing to offer.
